Sparsh Prasad is Counsel and part of the Dispute Resolution practice of ACARA Law LLP. 

Sparsh has experience in handling diverse commercial litigation and advises as well as represents clients before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and Arbitral Tribunals.

Prior to joining Acara Law, Sparsh was a Senior Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Noida, and is admitted to the Bar Council of Delhi.

He has advised clients in both domestic and international arbitration and has engaged with emerging issues in the field. Sparsh has represented a government undertaking in a high-stakes international arbitration regarding a border-security infrastructure project governed by the ICC Rules, 2021. 

Sparsh has also advised and represented various members of parliament in relation to election-related issues before the Supreme Court of India and Election Commission of India.
