Aditya Joshi is a committed legal professional with diverse experience in civil as well as criminal litigation. He holds a LL.B degree from Mumbai University and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

He has experience in legal matters pertaining to securities laws, commercial laws, arbitration, copyright prosecutions, insolvency matters, white collar crimes as well as regulatory matters.

He appears regularly before the Bombay High Court, the Bombay City Civil & Sessions Court, the NCLT and the NCLAT.
