Avneet is an Indian qualified lawyer with extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration, commercial contracts and legal advisory.

Avneet graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2008 and was a counsel with Fox Mandal & Associates in the Project Finance and Business Advisory team. He joined S&A Law Offices in 2016 and was a Partner at S&A Law Offices in the dispute resolution and commercial contracts team, before joining our team at Acara.

• Advised, prepared documentation, and represented a leading Indian infrastructure company in an arbitration matter arising out of Concession Agreements between Indian infrastructure company, Municipal Corporation and State Department for setting up of Waste Management Services.

 

• Advised, prepared documentation and represented a leading infrastructure company in an arbitration matter arising out of License Agreement between Infrastructure company and port authorities for setting up of Transloading Facilities and transportation.

 

• Advised, prepared documentation and represented a leading construction company in an arbitration matter relating to delay in construction of metro and technical claims arising out of a contract with metro rail authority.
