Our team of experienced litigators also advise India’s premier clearing corporation, NSE Clearing Limited (NCL). We advise and represent NCL in proceedings before the Securities Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and the Supreme Court and in writ petitions before various High Courts, in securities and regulatory litigation. We have dealt with issues involving Surveillance of Clearing Members, Regulatory actions of suspension and expulsion, Levy of penalties, Claims of the constituents and its redressal, etc.

Our team of experienced litigators advises on the entire spectrum of securities law. We advise and represent the Securities and Exchange Board of India, before the Supreme Court of India. The spectrum of issues that are dealt with by our team includes issues pertaining to Listing Obligations, Issue of Capital and Other Debt Instruments, Disclosure Requirements, Prohibition of Insider Trading, Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices, Unregulated Collective Investment Schemes, Takeover Code, intersection of the fields of Securities and other laws such as IBC etc.
